We would like to draw your attention to the Call for Short Papers for EGOS sub-theme 88, ‘Craft and Emerging Forms of Organizing Imaginatively Otherwise’, which we would be very happy to see you submit your work to.
Subtheme 88: Craft and Emerging Forms of Organizing Imaginatively Otherwise
This sub-theme will provide an inclusive and welcoming platform for the exchange and proliferation of creative and diverse suggestions for how to think imaginatively otherwise about the organization of craft. Convenors: Emma Bell (The Open University), Nicole Ferry (Copenhagen Business School) and Luca Pareschi (Università degli Studi di Roma “Tor Vergata”)
For the full Call for Papers please go to: https://www.egos.org/jart/prj3/egos/main.jart?rel=de&reserve-mode=active&content-id=1721760205556&subtheme_id=1701662512098
This sub-theme builds on the success of the 2024 EGOS craft sub-theme, ‘Craft and emerging forms of organizing ‘making’ in cultural and creative organizations’ convened by Daniel Hjorth, Marta Gasparin and Elena Raviola. It precedes the launch of our EGOS Standing Working Group on ‘Craft and Emerging Forms of Organizing’ in 2026, which will further help to build and support our craft organizational research community. It is also a sibling to the Third International Workshop on ‘Craft and Emerging Forms of Organizing Otherwise’ in Kyoto, Japan, April 10-12, 2025.
The deadline for submission of short papers for the 41st EGOS Colloquium 2025 in Athens is Tuesday, January 7, 2025, 23:59:59 CET.
If you have any questions please contact us: Emma emma.bell@open.ac.uk, Nicole nf.msc@cbs.dk, Luca luca.pareschi@uniroma2.it
We are very much looking forward to receiving your paper submissions. Please circulate this to anyone else who may be interested.
Best wishes,
Emma, Luca and Nicole (convenors of EGOS craft sub-theme 88)
